Superb Vintage British Public House Clock
Although not strictly PC these days, smoking memorabilia is widely collected.
This is a piece of social history going back many years.
These would have been the first Cigarette Vending machines in Public Houses (Bars)
Made to hold cigarettes, matches and possibly cigars.
The tobacco companies Rep would come and stock up and get paid for what was sold, this one looks to be in Oldham, Lancashire.
It still retains its original silvered dial with Arabic Numerals, original hands.
The superb British movement has had a full service with new mainspring and keeps excellent time.
The clock is in original condition with no major restoration
